SUMMARY OF THE MISSION
The Consultant will review the design of the various components of the infrastructure to achieve driving conditions that will reduce the number of fatalities or permanent injuries. He will identify all parts of the design that do not meet the criteria of the recommended Safety System, so that the Client will have all the information necessary to make a sound judgment as to the actions to be taken to avoid or mitigate the risks.
