We control and supervise the companies in charge of carrying out the projects, under the conditions of quality, deadlines and costs fixed by our clients. The control that we ensure relates to the good execution of work, the follow-up of the schedules and the respect of the budgets. It includes
- Review and update of studies
- Amendment and validation of execution files proposed by contractors
- Validation of work schedules
- Coordination and supervision of the teams’ interventions;
- Verification of the quantity estimates of the technical files and proposal of corrections within the limits of the contract
- Proposal of additional compliance tests;
- Keeping the work accounts;
- Carrying out site meetings
- Drafting of the minutes of the site meetings
- Verification of the attachments, the monthly statements presented by the companies and their approval;
- Preparation of the provisional receptions;
