Summary of the mission
The mission entrusted to BPL consists in carrying out a technical audit of the rural infrastructures (Primary Schools, Teachers’ Housing, Health Center, Housing for Health Care Workers, Sub-Prefecture Premises, Sub-Prefect’s Residence, and Rural Electrification Equipment / Street Lighting). Specifically, the technical audit aims at providing the CDLM of AGBAOU and its partner AGBAOU GOLD OPERATION SA :
- An assessment of the quality and costs of the infrastructure works carried out since the establishment of the CDLM, with a view to improvement;
- A social study on the integration of the infrastructures in their natural and social environment;
- A financial evaluation of the infrastructures carried out which are physically available on the sites concerned with a view to a better forecast of future infrastructures;
- Proposals in the form of advice to be taken into account in the realization of the infrastructures in the activities of the future years.
