SUMMARY OF THE MISSION

BPL, as a subcontractor of the Lead Partner EGIS EAU (France), has been entrusted by the latter with the provision of a project manager. The task thus entrusted to BPL consists in :

  • Technical direction of the overall Project;
  • Planning and coordination of Project activities;
  • Supervision of the preliminary technical studies of the Project;
  • Monitoring and control of the drilling, drinking water supply and latrine works of the Project;
  • Technical and financial management of the Project;
  • Supervision of the Project’s animation activities;
  • Supervision of the implementation of the management of the Public Water and Sanitation Service of the Project;
  • Supervision of the staff assigned to the project (local and international staff, permanent or experts on mission).
