A BPL delegation led by the President, Dr Pascal BIEUPOUDE, visited Brazzaville, Kinshasa and Johannesburg during the month of September 2022 in order to strengthen its partnerships with engineering firms in these countries. Several major engineering groups based in South Africa were met and expressed their keen interest in developing joint projects with BPL in West and Central Africa.
The common interests in which its partnerships will be developed are :
- Transport and urban mobility
- Energy, electricity and electrification
- Water and sanitation
- Building and Urban Development
- Agriculture and Rural Development
- Environment, climate and socio-economic development
- Geographic Information System (GIS) and ICT
This visit allowed BPL to learn about urban mobility projects by visiting certain projects carried out by these structures in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
