Dr PASCAL BIEUPOUDE
President
Dr PASCAL BIEUPOUDE is the President of BPL PROJECT EXPERTS SAS. He holds an engineering degree from the International Institute of Water and Environmental Engineering of Ouagadougou (Ex-Inter-State Engineering School - EIER). Former student of the Promotion AS 24 of the Scientific High School of Yamoussoukro and passed by the faculty of Physics Chemistry at the University of Cocody, Abidjan, Dr. BIEUPOUDE obtained a doctorate in engineering science in cotutelle between the University of Perpignan, France and 2iE in scientific partnership with Duke University in North Carolina (USA). He holds several technical certificates obtained in Brazil, Italy and France. Dr. BIEUPOUDE has international experience in about 20 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, Europe, USA and Brazil. Before founding BPL, he participated in the management of several infrastructure projects in a dozen African countries financed by international donors including the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the European Union, the French Development Agency, etc.
CHARLES KACOU
President's Advisor
Mr. CHARLES KACOU holds a master's degree in computer science with an option: Database Management obtained in Mexico City (Mexico). He served as an executive at the Ecole Pratique de la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Côte d'Ivoire (EPCCI-Côte d'Ivoire) for several years and managed its Quality Management System. He joined BPL in 2021 as Advisor to the President.
MA-LOUM DJONKAMLA
Director of Control and Operations
Mr. MA-LOUM holds an engineering degree from the International Institute of Water and Environmental Engineering in Ouagadougou (Ex-Ecole Inter-états Ingénieur - EIER). Before joining BPL, Mr. MA-LOUM was a senior engineer for infrastructure projects in Chad and Cameroon.
KARIM OUEDRAOGO
Director of Technical and Engineering Studies
Mr. OUEDRAOGO holds an engineering degree from the International Institute of Water and Environmental Engineering of Ouagadougou (Ex-Ecole Inter-états d'ingénieurs - EIER). Prior to joining BPL, Mr. OUEDRAOGO was a senior engineer, project manager and project leader for infrastructure projects in nearly 15 countries in French-speaking Africa.
LYNDA BIEUPOUDE

Ms. LYNDA BIEUPOUDE née NITIEMA holds an engineering degree from the International Institute of Water and Environmental Engineering of Ouagadougou (Ex-Ecole Inter-états d'ingénieurs - EIER). She was coordinator, and project analyst at BPL since 2016.
GRACE MOUZOUE

Ms. GRACE MOUZOUE holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the International Institute of Water and Environmental Engineering in Ouagadougou. She joined BPL in 2020.
EZEKIEL KONAN
Central Africa Representative
Mr. EZEKIEL KONAN holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from 2iE and a higher technician's certificate in civil engineering from the Ecole Spéciale du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (ESBTP) in Abidjan. He joined BPL in 2019. He is based in the Republic of Congo and is in charge of BPL's development in both Congo.
SAMUEL N’DIR
Head of Administration, Finance and Accounting
Mr. SAMUEL N'DIR is a graduate of Groupe PIGIER in Abidjan in finance and accounting. Before joining BPL, he worked in the oil industry as an administration, finance and accounting executive.
GREGOIRE YAO
Development and Quality Department
Head of Department, and QSE Manager
Mr. GREGOIRE YAO holds a professional master’s degree in Business and Organization Management, option: Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) from 2iE, a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management, option: Ecology and Management of Aquatic Ecosystems and a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management from Nangui Abrogoua University of Abidjan.
INDIRA KOUAKOU

Ms. INDIRA KOUAKOU holds a BTS degree in Computer Application Development. She started her career at the National Civil Aviation Authority of Côte d'Ivoire and then moved on to several private structures in Abidjan. She joined BPL in 2020.
