	2	Physical Archiving Component : The implementation of a physical and computerised centralised management tool	Study of the existing, Needs analysis, Detailed specifications of the new archiving system to be put in place, Sorting and updating the physical classification; The implementation of appropriate tools for efficient, modern archiving; Archiving files from the oldest to the most recent;	3 Month
Step 2	3	Software Component : Supply, delivery, installation and configuration of the SAE (implementation and deployment of the SAE)	Presentation of the solution Deployment and Software Setup Functional testing Operationalisation of the computerised system with the automation of the payment of files to be archived, from the modules of the RCCM and judicial activities	2 Month

Step 3	5	Electronic archiving component: Digitisation and data entry	The digitisation of all the documents concerned with the electronic filing by file with a nomenclature facilitating the search; The entry of RCCM data in an Excel file: Feeding the digitised documents into the electronic archiving system:	12 Month
Step 4	6	Training and Transfer of competence component and support for the implementation of the operation of the electronic archiving solution;	Training and Technology Transfer: support in the shifting of real production. Startup assistance: cover the use, administration and technical operation aspects of the platform as well as the parameterisation.	1 Month
	7	Service-After-Sales Component (SAV)	Provide technical support with supervision and support for users over 1 year (the guarantee of the proposed solution).	12 Month
