SUMMARY OF THE MISSION
The general objective of the project is to allow the electricity company of Togo (Compagnie d’Energie Electrique du Togo – CEET) to find technical, organisational and financial fundamentals to enable it to assume its public electricity services missions in perspectives of sustainability and sustainability.
Services rendered are:
- Conduct a detailed and critical physical inventory of fixed assets;
- Reconcile the results of the physical inventory with the fixed asset file to reconcile the fixed asset values with the physical assets in the field,
- Implement a clear and reproducible methodology by CEET teams for the evaluation of works
- Propose simple tools for evaluating works and train CEET executives accordingly as part of this mission
- Create a reliable database for the monitoring and permanent updating of capital assets
- Fill in the database of works in the Lomé study area
- Propose the computer interface between the capital assets file and accounting
- Analyse the existing information system and its development plans
