SUMMARY OF THE MISSION
The mission entrusted to BPL consists in carrying out the architectural and structural studies for a very high standing Duplex Villa on a 350m² plot. The villa includes on the ground floor a large living room, a dining room, a terrace and a European kitchen. On the first floor, it includes a gym, an American terrace and three independent bedrooms. BPL’s services are of the turnkey project type. That is:
- The realization of the architectural studies,
- The realization of the structural studies,
- The realization of all the plans and details of plans,
- The realization of the methodology of execution and the proposal of the construction materials
- The costing and the financial optimization of the Project
- Construction management (recruitment of contractors, subcontractors and technical personnel in charge of construction)
- Supervision (control and monitoring) of the works
- Drafting of progress reports
- Handover of the key to the client at the end of the project
